INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Come As You Are
Therapy is an invitation to examine ourselves, our relationships, and our patterns of being in the world. Most often, individuals who seek therapy have tried many strategies to cope or ‘fix’ the problem they seek help for. We most often attempt to avoid, control, ignore, or ‘try harder.’ Unfortunately, our problems persist.
Therapy provides an opportunity to step back, and begin to understand how our reactions, emotions, thought patterns, and behaviours developed in the context they did. We make connections to our past, while offering new ways of relating to ourselves, others, and the world at large.
Together, we slow things down, listen closely to what’s beneath the surface, and support the parts of you that may feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unseen.
Therapy can help you:
Navigate anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
Heal from trauma or painful life experiences
Understand and shift patterns in relationships
Reconnect with your intuition, needs, and sense of self
Cultivate self-compassion, confidence, and resilience
Explore questions of identity, purpose, and meaning
Our Approach
Our approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. We believe that healing happens not through fixing what’s “wrong,” but through gently reconnecting with the wholeness that’s already there—even when it doesn’t feel accessible.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy is a place to bring your truth—messy, tender, complex—and to be met with care.
