“It is often when wandering through the emotional carnage left by the worst of humankind that we find the best of humanity as well.”

ABOUT DANIELA

I offer a unique approach to trauma therapy using methods specifically tailored for childhood and relational adversity. In our work together, we will create a safe space where you can explore, experiment, and begin to relate to yourself in new ways to loosen the grip of old wounds.

My approach combines Psychodynamic therapy to understand how your past relationships and experiences have affected your development; and parts-work informed by the Structural Dissociation Model which helps you manage and resolve internal battles.

I have been practicing trauma-focused psychodynamic therapy since 2022, and have spent over a decade learning how deeply trauma can affect our lives. Based on personal and professional experience, I believe that revisiting and refining developmental milestones is key when nothing else seems to stick. Many people feel like their mental health is a constant game of whack-a-mole; one issue resolves, and another emerges. Together, we can slow that cycle down, and eventually find a way out of it.

Therapy with me is a mix of deep exploration and everyday practice. It’s a space where all parts of you are welcome—even those you might not like or show anywhere else. I will walk beside you as you face things you may not have been ready to face on your own, and offer the tools and support you need to do it at your own pace with confidence.

Healing isn’t easy, but I believe it is worth the effort. If you’re curious about taking that first step, I would be honoured to walk with you.
